| The Troop Leadership forum is a collection of the
Patrol Leaders and older Scouts, with the Adult Leaders. The Troop
Leadership Forum should be involved as much as possible in the day
to day running of the Troop. In some cases, it may be best for the
actions to be put into practice by young people.
The Troop Leadership Forum try to meet each month,
but meet at least every 3 months. The Forum are responsible for:-
- Running the Section Programme
- Considering the ideas and suggestions raised by
the Scout Forum
- Reviewing the structure of Patrol Leaders on an
annual basis
- Appointing Patrol Leaders
- Approving the Patrol Leaders choice of
Assistant Patrol Leaders
- Agreeing a Troop code of conduct where
appropriate with the Troop Leaders.
