Transport Manager should make sure that their is enough transport to get everyone and the equipment to the camp. You need to speak to the quartermaster to establish how much equipment you will have and what you will need to get all of the equipment to the campsite.

If you are having activities away from the campsite, then you will need to work out how everyone will be transported to the activity.
