Stotfold Scout’s had a weekend away camping at Top Endfarm near St Neot’s and cycling round Grafham water and were truly blessed with the hot sunny weather for October.

The Scout’s met at the camp site for 9.30 in the morning and after pitching tents enjoyed some free time. We went to Grafham Water for our lunch and then hired out bikes for 3 hours. Duncan and Gary managed to get most of the Scout’s to do a second circuit around the reservoir.

After cycling it was back to the campsite were we dined on bangers and Duncan mash and peas. By 10pm all was quiet.

Sunday was a lazy day with a late breakfast and more free time. The Scouts said that they would like to do cycling again.
