| Great Tower & Moor Crag - Thursday |
| Today we did archery in the morning and air rifle shooting in the afternoon. Lawrence took us for archery, although he only had half of the range as the facility had been double booked. Nick took the shooting in the afternoon. This was a good, relaxing day ... which we all needed after the exertions of the beginning of the week. |

In the evening we entered three teams for the camp five-a-side football event. One of our teams got to the semi final, but lost of penalties.
