This year we celebrated the achievements of four Scouts who gained the highest award by presenting them with their badges with one foot in the eastern side of the world and one foot in the western side. This, of course, can be achieved across the Meridian line at Greenwich. Have a look at the Stotfold Ridgway Hall of Fame to see Roy Snell, ADC Scouts, present the badges.
We caught a train from Arlesey and travelled to Westmisnster Pier via Baden-Powell House to drop off our stuff.
How many Scouts can you get in a phone box?
We caught the 4:30pm boat back to Tower Bridge and returned to BP House for a nap (well the Leaders did!). Then it was off to Leicester Square to see the sights of Central London and to have a McDonalds. Back to BP House for the night and an "Eat as Much as You Can" Breakfast in the morning.
Sunday morning was spent in the Natural History Museum and we got home about 4:00pm.
