Chief Scout Gold Award Weekend 2009 - Sunday

After a good nights sleep, it was down to an "eat as much as you can" breakfast.

... and who is cooler ... Scouts or Learder!! Well there wasn't much to do while waiting for the boat to take us down the river to Greenwich.

It was a glorious day and all the sights and sounds down the river looked wonderful.

We finally arrived at Greenwich and left the boat. We got a sandwich in Greenwich and then walked through the park and up the hill to the Observatory. Great views over London ,free entry into the Observatory Museum and a photo with half the party in the eastern hemishere and half in the western.

Finally we had to start home on the boat (Bradley had a quick sleep) to Westminster, underground to Kings Cross, train to Welwyn and coack back to Arlesey. Congratulation everyone.

Nick - 23 March, 2009
