As part of our Expedition Challenge we entered three teams in the Biggleswade & District Scout Hike.

One team was entered in category B (that is they carry all their kit, but have a Leader with them) and two team in category C (that is they walk without kit and with a Leader).

We spent a couple of Scout meeting looking at map reading and then a Wedesnday evening packing our ruck-sacks.

We met a Wilstead on the Saturday and walked 20km back to Boyd Field. First we had to all sign in and then plan our route.

Then it was off on the walk itself

After a lot of walking and sore feet we finally arrived back at Boyd Field, where we set up camp and cooked our evening meal.

After a good nights sleep we had to cook breakfast and then pack up all our kit again for another 10km walk.
