The Scouts camped at the Scout Hut last weekend and raised £130 for Children in Need. The weekend began on Friday evening with a games evening including snooker, table tennis, table football, computer games and play station and x-box games.

Due to the very wet weather, all the Scout slept in the Scout Hut and took a long time to go to sleep. Understandably, there was a slow start to the next day which culminated in the evening with the Stotfold Chip Shop Challenge. This year, first prize went to the Peking takeaway in the High Street.

A new event was held on Sunday ... the Doughnut Challenge. Doughnuts were purchased from four shops in Stotfold and the best doughnut award went to The Cake Shop in Regent Street.
