This week's meetings were dominated by air rifle shooting at The Scout Hut. This was a patrol competition over the two nights, with the Cobra's taking the honours. Each member of the patrol had five pellets with Jack S getting 45 points which is quite amazing.

While the shooting was going on with one patrol, the other Monday patrols played hockey in the car park as it was too wet play out the back. Rules and scoring for these events were rather fluid!

The Tuesday group played rounders on the grass out the back of the Scout Hut as it had dried up a little. The first ball disappeared over the road and into the Guide Hut after the second swing, so we had to use a half inflated plastic ball to reduce the length of hitting. Once again scoring was a bit hit and miss, but a good time was had by most.
