We are once again at the time of Shrove Tuesday and the Scouts had a special meeting based on the TV programme Ready, Steady Cook. Ours was on the theme of Pancake Day.

The Scouts had to make the batter, cook a pancake each and toss it as many times as they could. There was an opportunity to make a savoury or sweet dish to eat.

... and to finish up with a quick game of "Chair Racing".
