Egg Race We have held a couple of Egg Races (Not an egg and spoon
race!). Teams have to design and build a device to carry an egg
the furthest distance. |

Quasar We have hired out the Quasar complex in Bedford for the

Race Night Going horse racing and betting on the gg's is surely
not what Baden-Powell had in mind when he set up Scouting, but
Stotfold Scouts tried a different approach to "The Turf" at their
meeting this week. |
Ready Steady Cook We have held several nights based
on the television show 'Ready Steady Cook'. Teams have
to prepare a meal out of the ingredients given. |
Radio Hike The radio hike is held round Stotfold. Each
patrol is given a radio and a collection of marked envelopes.
They have to get to a point, answer a question then open the
requested envelope. |
Robot Wars We created our own robot wars arena and
fort battles with adapted radio controlled cars that the Scouts
had made. We also went to see the real thing. |
Rocknasium Climbing Complex We have held evenings at the Rocknasium
Climbing Complex in Kempston, Bedford. |
