Once again we held our St George's Day Parade in Stotfold and met at the King's Baptist Church near The Green. There was a good turnout from all the sections.
The Scout Group section flags were presented in Church, and we all took part in a lively and thought provoking service. Many thanks to the King's Baptist Church for organising this part of St George's Day.
During the service we all re-newed our Scout promise.
We walked out of Church through an avenue of flags and then paraded up Rook Tree Lane and THe High Street to the Scout Hut.
At the Scout Hut there were games for young and old and a bar-b-que. There was Tug of War ...
... and ski-walking (very difficult) ...
... and a Bouncy Castle ....
... and sack racing ...
... and ????? don' ask ... and parachute and face painting and just playing ...
