Welcome to the 1st Stotfold Scout Group Communication Station.

This provides you with an all in one view of the web cam, radio station and the chat room.

All 3 are now used at the 1st Stotfold Ridgway Scout Troop Virtual Scout Troop meeting where a team of scouts will produce the live radio show. You can see them on the web cam and chat in the chat room.

Please note that the chat room is now only operational at organised and supervised event times. (i.e. the virtual Scout troop meeting)

If you are experiencing problems, read all of the information below.

Communication Station Requirements Your browser needs to have java installed and enabled. (Windows XP does not have Java installed as standard and requires an extra download) (Try www.sun.com for their java VM) Chat applet only supports Netscape4.07, IE4.0 or above. Please grant the permission when the pop up window appears from Netscape and IE. To listen to the radio you will need Microsoft windows media player installed. (Version 6.4 or above)

Troubleshooting

The Communication Station consists of 3 parts (web cam, radio and chat room). These 3 parts can be loaded separately using the links below.

Internet Radio

The Chat room, Web cam and Internet radio are only running at organised and supervised events.

If you are expriencing problems with the chat room then there are 2 alternative methods of connecting to the same chat room.
