This year we decided as a group to do our own St George’s Day Parade in Stotfold/p>

We met at King’s Baptist Church at 1.50pm for a short service.  This was led by Philip Amos and was based on the theme of promises.  There were plenty of action songs and partition by the boys and everyone agreed it was fun.

We then marched to the Scout Headquarters and enjoyed an afternoon of games followed by a BBQ.

The Beavers took part in parachute games, sack races, tug of war, slippery pole and face painting.

The general opinion was that it was a really enjoyable afternoon and can we do it again please!
