On Friday 4 July Chickasaw Beavers joined with Cheyenne Beavers for and evening hike.  We met at the Scout Hut and walked across the fields to Gaunts Way Recreation Ground in Letchworth carrying a small backpack. 

We had to look for clues on the way and work out what the message was.  ‘Stotfold Beaver hike. Be prepared’.  When we arrived at the recreation ground we had drinks and ice creams and then played on all the apparatus. 

Everybody enjoyed the evening and we earned our Hikes Away 1 badge.
