After our visit to the Luton fire station, we decided to make our own plays about fire safety and have produced a fire safety video.

There are 5 videos linked below. 1 video is a list of fire safety tips given by the Cherokee Cubs. The other 4 videos contain short plays on the subject of:

Top 10 fire safety tips.

  1. Never leave lit candles unattended

  2. Fit a smoke alarm and check it regularly

  3. Keep matches and lighters away from children.

  4. Ensure cigarettes are stubbed out and disposed of carefully.

  5. Never play with matches or lighters. If you see matches or lighters lying around, tell a grown up.

  6. Never play with a lighted candle

  7. Never switch on the cooker

  8. Don't touch any saucepans on the cooker

  9. Don't put things on top of heaters or lights

  10. Don't pull on electric cables or fiddle with electrical appliances or sockets.
